Official blog of Dell, Direct2Dell has recently posted a new title “Dell’s 23 confessions”. Lionel Menchaca, Digital Media Manager of Dell has also apologized for some upsetting public missteps. Dell also confirmed about the soon to be released laptops XPS m1330 and Inspiron series in its confession number 9. Both of them will be released by the end of the month. But, Dell’s open and frank discussion with consumer community needs to be appreciated. Moreover, it is quite refreshing as compare to other popular names in the same industry. Confession number 19 states that, “Steve Jobs ever changes his tune on OS X, we’d probably offer it too Steve Jobs ever changes his tune on OS X, we’d probably offer it too.” Via:engadget
