The UMPC’s are trying to make a come back HTC latest to be released Athena is a hybrid of phone and UMPC. Now there are also rumors that another not so well known company called ‘Tatung’ is also trying its hand in the UMPC market.
Although the info on the specs of the device is scanty but it looks larger than the pocket PC’s. The device runs on Windows Mobile 5.0 OS with a longer battery life and the industry insiders are hopeful to see it in CES 2007 in Las Vegas. It was last seen in COMPUTEX in Taiwan.
