
HP has already joined the Core 2 Duo team by announcing HP Pavilion dv9000z and Pavilion dv6000t notebook with Core 2 Duo option. Now, it has bestowed the 14.1′ HP Pavillion dv2000t with the Merom processor. You have the option of buying the dv2000t with Core 2 Duo T5600 or T7200 processor.
If Core 2 Duo is not your piece of cake, you can still opt for the dv2000t configured with Intel Celeron, Intel Core Solo or Core Duo. The Merom T5600 enabled dv2000t is priced at $914 after a $100 instant rebate and $50 mail-in rebate.
The Merom powered HP Pavillion dv2000t will go on sale from September 12.
