HP doesn’t want to be the one among the battery recall party. While all other big leaders have made affected battery recall, HP says that it doesn’t feel any need of doing so. Well, the company thinks that they have reviewed the batteries before the purchase. Moreover, no incident of overheating has been reported till today.

Nearly 1 million to 2 million HP notebooks use Sony batteries. Sony must be feeling bit relaxed after the announcement but I think that HP will also have to eventually make a battery recall. Let’s wait and watch.
