dell_recallFrankly speaking, I appreciate the concern shown by the big Dell over its affected batteries. Dell is certainly doing its darn good to replace the affected batteries at www.dellbatteryprogram.com. Even the customers are being advised to use an AC power adapter for their notebooks. Now, Laptoping is reporting that Dell has fixed a 75 days delivery time for recalled batteries.



But, on the whole, the question that makes sense is ‘Why it happened?‘ and ‘Why Dell didn’t utter a word earlier on the issue for such a long time?‘. I don’t have any personal conflicts going on with Dell, but Dell is the name that we guys are known to for such a long time for its high-tech notebooks.



There is no use crying over spilt milk. Please Dell, make sure such things don’t happen again.
