The problems of the laptop manufacturers doesn’t seem to be ending as Dell has recalled 100,000 more batteries apart from the big 4.1 million battery recall while Toshiba increased its count of battery recall to 830,000 batteries after the earlier announcement of 340,000 notebook batteries recall.

Sony
itself is about to start a global battery replacement program. The most interesting part of the whole scenario is that while Sony is urging all OEMs to make a recall for affected batteries, it hasn’t made a recall for its own machines. What could be the reason?

Whatever the reason be, all the laptop leaders must be cursing Sony for their appalling time.
