Is Apple shipping its latest iMacs with 802.11n Wi-Fi card? Well, we were not sure of till the moment when MacRumors.com revealed a photo of Vista’s Device Manager displaying the Broadcom 802.11n network adaptor on the iMac’s PCI bus. Let us not take it as a rumor but Apple would have surely stated it as an AirPort Extreme card supporting the 802.11g standard. Anyway the 802.11n that increases the 802.11g’s raw maximum speed from 54Mbps to 540Mbps will not be standardized until 2008.
