It’s no surprise that Apple has now blessed its MacBook notebooks with a speed bash. The notable updates embrace quicker Intel Core 2 Duo processors, 1GB of memory and larger hard drives.
The $1,099 MacBook is now equipped with a 2GHz Core 2 Duo processor instead of the one clocked at 1.86GHz. The $1,299 and $1,499 models will now boast 2.16GHz Core 2 Duo processors. Anyhow, the revised machines are still based on the “Napa Refresh” platform. So, the new MacBooks don’t feature Intel 965 Express chipsets, and Intel GMA X3100 graphics.
But, the Airport Extreme card makes for the 802.11n Wi-Fi support. All the new Apple laptops are available at the Apple Stores.
